Entry Mechanism: Once an entrant has completed the online Registration process, he/she can earn entries for the Prizes by logging on to the MyRMG portal, accessing the Contest Website, and/or completing a challenge or activity described on the Contest Website. Limit one (1) Registration per MyRMG account holder. There are two categories of prizes available during the Contest Period: Monthly Prizes and Quarterly Grand Prizes (collectively, “Prizes”). The entry mechanism for each type of Prize is described below.

Monthly Prizes: If the entrant logs onto the Contest Website at least once during a calendar month, the entrant will have the opportunity to complete a challenge or activity on the Contest Website and receive one (1) entry into the Monthly Prize draw for that applicable month. Entries received in any given month will not be eligible for subsequent Monthly Prizes.

For each challenge or activity required to earn an entry, the required action as outlined in the description or instructions must be completed in full and meet the compliance guidelines outlined below and on the Contest Website to be accepted as a valid entry to the Contest. The challenge or activity that the entrant is required to complete to earn an entry for the applicable month shall be available from the first calendar day of the applicable month until the last calendar day of the applicable month.

Any challenges or activities that involve written answers are limited to a maximum of 400 words or 2000 characters. Responses that are deemed offensive, harmful, defamatory, or in violation of federal or provincial human rights laws, or that infringe the privacy or intellectual property of any third party will not be accepted and the entry will be forfeited by the entrant. Responses should not include personal information of any person other than the entrant, brands/logos of any third party, or attachments.

Quarterly Grand Prizes: By registering for the Contest, each entrant will receive one (1) Quarterly Grand Prize Entry. For each entry into a Monthly Prize draw, an entrant will also automatically receive one (1) entry into the Quarterly Grand Prize draws. In addition, entrants also have the opportunity to earn additional Quarterly Grand Prize entries through each of the following:

Limit one (1) prize per person, whether Monthly Prize or Quarterly Grand Prize. When the entrant logs into the Content Website, their total number of entries toward the Quarterly Grand Prize draws will be displayed. Quarterly Grand Prize entries are cumulative and entries will be entered into the draw for all Quarterly Grand Prizes that have not yet been drawn at the time of entry until the end of the Contest Period. For example, an entry toward the Quarterly Grand Prize made in on February 1, 2020 will be entered into all eight (8) Quarterly Grand Prize draws occurring later in the year.

Any attempt or suspected attempt to register more than once per account or to enter more than the specified number of entries shall be deemed as tampering and will void all of your entries. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or entry methods not authorized by these Rules will void all entries affected by such methods and shall also be deemed as tampering and will void all of your entries.

4. Draws and Winner Selection

Monthly Prizes: On the 3rd business day following the applicable draw month, the Sponsor will randomly draw one (1) entry from the eligible entries received during the applicable draw month. Quarterly Grand Prizes: On the 3rd business day following the months of March, June, September, and December, the Sponsor will randomly draw one (1) eligible entry from all eligible Quarterly Grand Prize entries received between the beginning of the Contest Period and the applicable draw date. The draw will take place at 200 King Street West, Toronto, Ontario at or near 1p.m. ET.

For all Prizes, the selected entrants will be contacted by phone or email at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Only the selected entrants will be notified. Before being awarded a prize, each selected entrant must have correctly answered without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a mathematical skill-testing question within the time frame specified (if any) by the Sponsor (which will be administered by phone or email). If an eligible entrant is selected but cannot be reached after three (3) attempts, does not respond within the required time, the skill-testing question is not correctly answered within the time frame specified by the Sponsor or the entrant does not otherwise comply with these Rules, the selected entry will be deemed void and an alternate entrant may be selected in accordance with these Rules.

In addition to the above, and prior to being declared an official winner, each selected entrant will be required to sign and return the Declaration and Release Form described below in Rule 6 within the time frame specified by the Sponsor. Only when a selected entrant has complied with all of the above requirements will he/she be declared an official winner (a "Winner").

Award of prizes will be coordinated directly with Winners within 60 days of being declared a Winner. Any further costs and expenses not specifically described as included in the Prize (including, but not limited to claiming and using the prize) are the responsibility of the Winner.

By entering this Contest, all entrants consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information by Sponsor for the purposes of running the Contest or for any other purpose to which entrants consent. Once submitted, entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Personally identifiable information received will be used to verify eligibility and award prizes, for any purpose to which entrants consent, or as otherwise indicated on the Contest Website, and will be collected, used and stored by the Sponsor in accordance with its Privacy Policy. The privacy policy can be found at http://www.rmgmortgages.ca/privacy-policy-rmg.

This Contest is subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws, and is void where prohibited.

5. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning a Monthly Prize are dependent on the number of eligible entries received from the first day of the applicable month until the last day of the applicable month. The odds of winning a Quarterly Grand Prize are dependent on the number of eligible entries from the start of the Contest Period until the draw date for the applicable Quarterly Grand Prize. Number of prizes available will be reduced as they are won during the Contest Period.

All the selected entrants will be required to sign and return a full release and indemnity form, ("Declaration and Release Form") within the time stipulated by the Sponsor, stating that he/she has read and understood these Rules, grants all consents and authorizes the Sponsor to use his/her entry, name, city of residence, photograph, likeness, comments and voices in connection with any promotion or publicity at no additional compensation to the selected entrant, beyond the awarding of the Prize. A potential Winner must also agree to accept the Prize as offered.

In the event of non-compliance with these requirements (as applicable) or with these Rules, or if Prize notification or award of Prize is returned undeliverable, Sponsor shall have the right to disqualify the selected entrant, and randomly select from remaining eligible entries an alternate entrant as a potential Winner and shall be fully and completely released and discharged from any liability or responsibility in this regard.

7. Limitations of Liability:

The Sponsor will not be liable for: a) any incomplete, incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, whether caused by Contest Website users or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest, or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of entries; b) the theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; c) any problems with, or technical malfunctions of, telephone networks or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, viruses or bugs; d) any failure of any email to be received by or from Sponsor for any reason including but not limited to traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or combination thereof, interrupted or unavailable networks; e) damage to a participant's or other person's system occasioned by participation or downloading of materials in this Contest; f) late, delayed, damaged, misdirected, destroyed, lost, illegible, incomplete, incorrect, fraudulent, or stolen entries which will be deemed void.

8. Miscellaneous:

By entering the Contest, entrants agree to abide by the Rules and agree that the decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest. The Prizes must be accepted as awarded and no transfer or substitution of the Prize will be permitted except as expressly provided in these Rules or at the Sponsor's sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any Prize with a prize of equal or greater value if for any reason the Prize cannot be awarded as contemplated in these Rules. Prizes are not convertible to cash. Proof of sending an entry will not be deemed proof of receipt.

All entries become the property of Sponsor. Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, mechanically reproduced, mutilated, forged, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way or do not otherwise comply with these Rules.
